This web site acca.btik.com had the following in the homepage, "Wish to officially announce that we are no longer publishing on BT Community website but now operating with a new and much improved website www." We noticed that the webpage stated " Which gives you up-to-date information on local news, minutes, events and current issues that may be of interest to you." It also said " Which you may wish to sign up to connect with us. Should you envisage any problems please do not hesitate to contact us. Site built and maintained by Francis Garbutt." The header had News as the highest ranking optimized keyword. It is followed by Minutes and Meetings and Committee which isn't as ranked as highly as News.
